For Christmas gifts this year I decided to make loaves of sourdough bread! However, I didn’t have space to make four full loaves of bread so I experimented with making tiny loaves! I doubled my starter and then my dough to potentially make two full loaves and then split those into four half loaves. When baking them I made sure to use smaller Dutch ovens and baked them for ten fewer minutes while keeping an eye on the internal temperature.
Success! Two of my loaves were a little too toasty but I can always turn the oven down next time.
